2000年9月18日，安徽省蚌埠市原交通银行行长吴增荣受贿、挪用公款案最终尘埃落定。安徽省高级人民法院二审经公开开庭审理后，作出了终审判决：以犯受贿罪、挪用公款罪，依法判处吴增荣有期徒刑16年；以犯行贿罪、挪用公款罪，依法判处黄惠彦有期徒刑4年；维持一审法院对被告人李亚民判处有期徒刑1年6个月的判决。至此，这起在珠城蚌埠轰动一时的大案终于最终结案。
On September 18, 2000, Wu Zengrong, former governor of Bank of Communications of Bengbu City in Anhui Province, finally took the bribe and embezzled public funds.
