高血压性脑出血主要好发于大脑半球基底节区。该区的小量出血(≤10ml),出血量(T)按T=π/6×L(长轴)×S(短轴)×SLice(层面厚度)计算,临床症状较轻,酷似脑血栓,在CT问世前,易被误诊误治。现将我院1986年6月~1988年1月收治并经CT确诊的50例作一简要分析。
