On December 5, 2013, on the 20th anniversary of the China Youth Volunteer Action and the 28th International Volunteer Day, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping gave Huazhong Agricultural University Team "replied: History and reality tell us that if the young generation has the responsibility, the country will have a future and there will be hope for the nation. There will be an endless stream of powerful force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
