日本企业的经营管理,经过50年代的“经济复兴”、60年代的“经济高度成长”和70年代的“经济成熟化”,逐步形成了一套日本式的经营管理。进入90年代,由于经营环境发生了极大的变化,日本企业经营管理正经历着一个新的转变,概括为七大战略转变: 一、技术战略转变: 由以仿造为主向自主开发为主转变。主要在高机能化技术、软件技术和设计技术方面低于美国水平。要赶上美国,就得从引进仿造走向自主开发技术,尤其是自主地开发尖端技术和未来技术。二、情报战略转变:正在向以电子为中心的高度信息时代发展。由于新的信息媒介体的出现和运用,促进了企业信息网络的建立和发展。三、营业的战略转变:由重视满足人们物质的需求向重视满足人们精神建设和追求的方向转变。日
