0引言母乳喂养是一种科学的育儿方法,世界卫生组织及联合国儿童基金会也一直提倡母乳喂养~([1]),母乳中含有的全部营养,适合婴儿的生长发育。本人根据多年妇幼保健工作的经验了解到农村婴幼儿母乳喂养呈下降趋势。通过临床观察与分析了解下降的原因,制定相应的对策,可有效提高母乳喂养率。1母乳喂养下降的因素1.1社会因素。(1)目前农村独生子女增多,由于独生子女依赖性强,不能掌握正确的哺乳姿势与技巧,缺乏喂养耐心,
