建筑行业是我国经济发展的重要支柱,在我国各类产业中占据重要的比重。目前,经济高速发展,建筑行业必须开拓创新,以适应激烈的市场竞争,满足社会的需求。管理对于企业有着重要的作用,因此,建筑管理人员需要运用创新性的思维进行管理,用于开拓创新,将新思路、新管理模式带到管理中,紧随新形势的发展。管理工作不仅需要利用科学的手段进行管理,还应该加强企业各个部门之间的联系,加强企业团队精神,促进员工的合作能力。从而使建筑管理工作顺应新形势的发展,使企业蒸蒸日上。
