目的 了解黄胸鼠在禁水条件下的存活耐受能力 ,为科学制定防制黄胸鼠的对策提供依据。方法 选取健康、非孕、无外伤的黄胸鼠 ,称量体重、鉴定性别。按性别分雌雄两组 ,分别为 8只和 7只 ;每日定时供给足量食饵 ,不供给水。每日定时称量并记录食饵的消耗量 ,直至黄胸鼠死亡 ,并称量其死亡后的体重 ,计算并分析其体重的变化和存活时间。结果 黄胸鼠在禁水条件下最长存活时间达 2 3d ,最短存活 5d ,平均存活 16 .7d ,其中雌性黄胸鼠、雄性黄胸鼠的平均存活时间分别为 18.4d和 14 .9d ,两者经统计学检验 ,差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。黄胸鼠的亚成体组、成体Ⅰ组、成体Ⅱ组禁水耐受时间分别为 18.5、17.2、15 .2d ,雌性黄胸鼠和雄性黄胸鼠耐禁水存活时间 (d)和实验开始时的体重 (g)的直线回归方程分别为y =2 2 .4 2 2 - 0 .0 2 85x和y=16 .6 95 - 0 .0 16 6x。研究发现 ,随着体重的增加 ,黄胸鼠每千克体重的取食量呈下降趋势。结论 雌雄两组黄胸鼠对禁水有很强的存活耐受能力
Objective To understand the survival tolerance of Rattus flavipectus in water-free conditions and provide evidence for the scientific development of RAT control. Methods Healthy, non-pregnant and non-traumatic Rattus flavipectus were selected for weight measurement and sex identification. By gender, male and female were divided into two groups, respectively, 8 and 7; daily feeding enough bait, do not supply water. Weigh and record the consumption of prey daily until the death of the yellow rat, and weighed its weight after death, calculate and analyze its weight change and survival time. Results The longest survival time of Rattus flavipectus in water-free condition reached 2 days, the shortest survival time was 5 days and the average survival time was 16.7 days. The average survival time of Rattus flavipectus and Rattus flavipectus were 18.4 days and 14.9 days respectively, The two were statistically tested, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The tolerance time to water tolerance in the adult rats, adults Ⅰ and adults Ⅱ was 18.5, 17.2 and 15.2 days, respectively. The survival time (d) and the experimental period The linear regression equations for weight (g) were y = 2 2 .4 2 2 - 0 .0 2 85x and y = 16 .6 95 - 0 .0 16 6x, respectively. The study found that with the increase of body weight, the amount of food consumed per kg of body weight of Rattus flavipectus shows a decreasing trend. Conclusion Both female and male Rattus flavipectus have very strong survival tolerance to water forbidden
