改革开放以来,中国共产党在推进经济、政治和社会的变革和发展过程中,也在积极探索和实践党内民主。党的十七大报告将发展党内民主作为党的建设改革创新的重要课题,提出了有关发展党内民主的新设想。为积极推进党内民主,有必要将改革开放以来党内民主的实践探索作一些梳理,并对推进党内民主作进一步的思考。
Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese Communist Party has also been actively exploring and practicing intra-party democracy in the process of promoting the economic, political and social transformation and development. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards the development of inner-party democracy as an important issue in party-building reform and innovation and proposed a new vision on the development of inner-party democracy. In order to actively promote inner-party democracy, it is necessary to sort out the practice and exploration of inner-party democracy since the reform and opening up and make further considerations on the promotion of inner-party democracy.
