本刊讯近日,全国总工会出台了《中央财政专项帮扶资金使用管理办法》(以下简称《管理办法》),进一步提高了中央财政专项帮扶资金的使用效能,确保资金规范安全运行。其中,明确规定将加入工会的困难农民工纳入专项资金帮扶范围,成为最大亮点之一。据了解,中央财政近年来加大了对困难职工的投入,支持各级工会开展困难职工帮扶救助的专项资金已增至每年15亿元,切实改善了困难职工生活。为更好地满足困难职工的需求,以及中央财政资金管理的新规定,全国总工会对2009年《关于困难职工帮扶中心专项资金使用管理办法(暂行)》进行修订,出台此项《管理办法》。《管理办法》对中央财政专项资金的
