２００１年，上海市保安押运有限公司完成押运和守护任务有了新的突破：押运车达到 ３５３辆，比上年增加８１辆，增长率为 ２９．７７％；押运公里数达到１０７６．００７万公里，比上年增加 ２４３．００７万公里，增长率为２９．１７％；押运网点达到２５０７个，比上年增加４５０个，增长率为２１．８７％；押运营业额达到１．０３亿元，比上年增长２４．６９％。实现了社会效益和经济效益双丰收。 这一切，都使上海市保安押运有限公司毫无争议地成为我国保安押运业的“龙头老大”，成为领航全国保安押运业的“旗舰”。 应本刊之邀，上海市保安押运有限公司总经理石云龙将该公司２００１的工作情况撰写成此文，详细介绍了该公司的管理经验。本刊将在本期和第２期分上、下两部分刊登此文，以飨读者。
