本文采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)检测长春地区117例不同孕妇血清及其新生儿脐血清和胎盘组织中铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)含量,获得正常足月孕妇血清及其新生儿脐血清以及胎盘组织中铁、锌含量的正常范围;且证明妊娠后孕妇血清中铁含量较未孕妇女血清铁含量高,血清锌含量明显降低;而新生儿脐血清铁、锌含量均因胎盘主动转运明显高于孕妇血清铁、锌含量,且受病理妊娠所影响;而各组间胎盘组织中的铁、锌含量无显著差异。
