目的:研究荭草Polygonum orientale有效部位的化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为商陆素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(ombuine-3-O-β-D-galactopyrano-side,1),商陆素-3-O-芸香糖苷(ombuine-3-O-rutinoside,2),色氨酸(tryptophan,3),槲皮素-3-甲醚(quercetin-3-O-methyl ether,4),山柰酚-3-O-(2″-O-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷[kaempferol-3-O-(2″-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside,5],槲皮素-3-O-(2″-O-α-L-鼠李糖基)-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷[quercetin-3-O-(2″-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside,6],槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide,7)。结论:化合物4~7为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物1~3为首次从该属植物中分离得到,并首次归属化合物1的1H和13C-NMR谱信号。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the active site of Polygonum orientale. Methods: Chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. Their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ombuine-3-O-β-D-galactopyrano-3 (1) Ombuine-3-O-rutinoside (2), tryptophan (3), quercetin-3-O-methyl ether (4), kaempferol -3-O- (2 “-O-α-L-rhamnosyl) -β-D-glucuronide [kaempferol-3-O- (2 ”-O-α-L-rhamnosyl) -β-D-glucuronide [quercetin-3-O- -O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl) -β-D-glucuronopyranoside, 6], quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide . CONCLUSION: Compounds 4 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from this genus for the first time and belong to 1H and 13C-NMR signals of compound 1 for the first time.
