采用氩弧焊对不同稀土Er含量的6063铝合金薄板进行焊接,采用“520℃条件下保温20min”对焊接接头进行焊后热处理。通过拉伸试验、显微硬度测试,研究了不同Er含量对接头力学性能的影响,对比分析了焊后热处理前、后的接头力学性能。结果表明:当Er含量(wEr)低于0.4%时,随着Er含量的增加,接头的力学性能显著增加,但当Er含量超过0.4%时,随着Er含量继续增加,接头的力学性能稍微降低。焊后热处理可以提高焊接接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和显微硬度。
The 6063 aluminum alloy sheet with different rare earth Er content was welded by argon arc welding and the postweld heat treatment was performed on the welded joint by using “520min insulation under 20min.” Through the tensile test and the microhardness test, the influence of different Er content on the mechanical properties of the joint was studied. The mechanical properties of the joint before and after the heat treatment after welding were compared and analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of the joints increase significantly with the increase of Er content when the Er content (wEr) is less than 0.4%. However, the mechanical properties of the joints slightly increase with the increase of Er content when the Er content exceeds 0.4% reduce. Post-weld heat treatment can improve the tensile strength of welded joints, yield strength, elongation and microhardness.
