姚金成.1948年10月生.河南汝州人.“老三届”下乡知青。毕业于上海戏剧学院戏文系.现供职于河南省艺术研究院。国家一级编剧,现任河南省戏剧家协会副主席,大型文化刊物《东方艺术》总编。河南省政府参事。享受国务院特殊津贴专家。姚金成为河南上世纪90年代以来最活跃的剧作家、编辑家和影视策划人之一.在全国戏剧文化界享有较高知名度。其主要代表作有大型豫剧《香魂女》《村官李天成》《蚂蜂庄的姑爷》《曹公外传》《浣纱记》《闻世界的恋人》等。其作品曾先后荣获第六届中国艺术节大奖、第十四届中国曹禺戏剧文学奖剧本奖、中宣部“五个一工程奖”、河南省政府优秀.文艺成果大奖、田汉戏剧奖剧本一等奖等国家级或省部级奖项。其戏曲作品在群众中广为流传,已成为豫剧的新经典
