作为全国农作物品种审定委员会分支机构的全国果树品种审定委员会,已于1990年正式成立。不久,农业部又颁布了全国果树品种审定办法。现就我国果树品种审定的有关问题作一简要介绍。 一、申报条件 凡具备下列条件之一的新品种,可向全国果树品种审定委员会申报审定: 1.经两个或两个以上省级果树品种审定委员会审定通过。 2.经一个省级果树品种审定委员会审定通过,在其他两省(区)各有两个以上区域性生产试验点,
