本文作者在降压药的研究中摸索的用同位素示踪法测定小白鼠血压方法,并对原法作了些修改,实验证明,用同位素示踪测定小白鼠血压有可取之处。
In this study, the author explored the blood pressure measurement of mice by isotope tracing method in the study of antihypertensive drugs, and made some modifications to the original method. Experiments show that it is desirable to use isotope tracer to determine the blood pressure of mice.
