Hunan Provincial Computing Center is located at the foothills of Yuelu Mountain. It faces the coast of the Xiangjiang River, is surrounded by dense forests, and has extensive transportation, beautiful scenery, fresh air, and four seasons of spring. It is a must-see place for pedestrians and tourists, and an ideal place for scientific research and education. The Institute was established in 1973 and was directly under the leadership of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission. Computer development and application research was the main research direction. It always adhered to the policy of serving science and technology for socialist economic construction. Since 1978, according to incomplete systems, more than 80 research projects have been completed, of which more than 30 have advanced international and domestic standards.
