千年健酒由生黄芪、薏苡仁、白芍、当归、五加皮、巴戟天等药的提取物用食用酒调制而成,具有益气活血、祛风除湿之功效。本文报告其抗炎镇痛作用。1 材料1.1 药物与试剂 千年健酒由本课题组提供,每500ml中含200g生药提取物,酒精度数为30°。尼美舒利片,天津产。卡介苗,上海产,50mg/支。1.2 动物 雄性Wistar大鼠,体重160～200g,昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,体重18～22g。
The millennium spirits are made from edible astragalus, Coix Seed, Paeonia lactiflora, Angelica sinensis, Wujiapi, and Morinda officinalis extracts with food alcohol. It has the effects of replenishing qi, activating blood circulation, removing phlegm and removing dampness.
