大学英语教学的一项重要任务就是培养学生的自主学习能力,本文试从元认知理论的角度论述教师如何通过提高学生的元认知能力来教会学生如何自主学习,提高学习效率,取得好的学习效果。
An important task in college English teaching is to cultivate the students’ autonomous learning ability. This article attempts to discuss how teachers teach students how to learn by themselves and improve their learning efficiency and achieve good results by improving their metacognitive skills from the perspective of metacognitive theory learning result.
