采用离心铸造方法制备了一种外圆直径为265 mm,厚度约为50 mm,高度为125 mm的高强耐磨Cu-17Ni-3Al-X铜合金铸件,通过金相、电子探针等研究了铜合金铸件的组织特征和宏观偏析。结果表明:铸件中存在等轴晶和柱状晶两种晶粒形态,等轴晶分布在铸件的外壁和内壁,柱状晶分布在铸件中心和铸件两端靠近铸件内壁的区域。主要合金元素Cu、Ni和Al沿铸件的径向和轴向都出现了轻微的宏观偏析,但仍处在合金的设计范围内。
A kind of high strength and wear-resistant Cu-17Ni-3Al-X copper alloy casting with a diameter of 265 mm, a thickness of 50 mm and a height of 125 mm was prepared by centrifugal casting. The effects of metallographic and electron probe Microstructure and Macrosegregation of Copper Alloy Castings. The results show that there are two kinds of grain shapes, such as equiaxed grains and columnar grains. The equiaxed grains are distributed on the outer wall and inner wall of the castings. The columnar grains are distributed in the center of the castings and near the inner wall of the castings at both ends of the castings. The major alloying elements Cu, Ni and Al show slight macro-segregation along the radial and axial directions of the castings, but are still within the design range of the alloy.
