目的观察、研究麝香保心丸对放疗所致的心功能损伤的预防保护作用。方法对60例中下段食管癌患者随机分成单纯放疗组(A组)和放疗加麝香保心丸组(B组)两组。用彩色多普勒超声分别测量放疗前和放疗结束后的Tei指数。结果单纯放疗组放疗前后Tei指数比较差异有统计学意义,P=0.005。而放疗加麝香保心丸组放疗前后Tei指数比较则差异无统计学意义,P=0.105。结论麝香保心丸对放射性心功能损伤有明显的预防保护作用。
Objective To observe and study the preventive and protective effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on cardiac dysfunction induced by radiotherapy. Methods Sixty middle and lower esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into radiotherapy group (group A) and radiotherapy plus musk pill group (group B). Tei index before radiotherapy and after radiotherapy were measured respectively by color Doppler ultrasound. Results Before radiotherapy radiotherapy Tei index difference was statistically significant (P = 0.005). The radiotherapy plus musk pill group before and after radiotherapy radiotherapy Tei index difference was not statistically significant, P = 0.105. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill has obvious preventive and protective effects on radiation-induced cardiac dysfunction.
