目的:研究舒适护理模式在手术室围术期干预中中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2014年3月~2016年3月舟山医院收治的200例行手术治疗的患者临床资料进行分析,根据随机数字法把200例手术患者分成两组,其中100例围术期患者应用常规护理设为对照组,另外100例围术期患者应用舒适护理设为观察组,比较两组护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度98%,对照组护理满意度85%,观察组护理满意度与对照组相比,明显更高(P<0.05);观察组血压升高、心率加快等变化均低于对照组,紧张情绪缓解高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室围术期患者应用舒适护理可以提高患者护理满意度,效果显著。
Objective: To study the value of comfortable nursing mode in perioperative intervention in operating room. Methods: The clinical data of 200 cases surgically treated in Zhoushan Hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method. Among them, 100 cases were treated with perioperative patients The routine nursing was set as the control group. Another 100 perioperative patients were treated with comfortable nursing as the observation group. The nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98%, while that of the control group was 85%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The changes of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were all lower In the control group, the relief of stress was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of comfort nursing in perioperative patients in operation room can improve the satisfaction of patients’ nursing, and the effect is remarkable.
