人们常常谈论和探讨科学基金文化,这次征文活动的主题也确定为凝练和传承科学基金文化。我以为,这种文化的内涵是极为丰富的,贯穿和影响于科学基金工作的各个环节,但其最根本和最本质的内涵是尊重科学研究规律,努力营造良好的研究环境,保护科学家的首创精神,激励科学创新。我从获得科学基金资助经历的回顾中,对科学基金文化有了一些初步的感悟。
People often talk about and explore the science fund culture, the theme of this essay event is also determined to concise and heritage science fund culture. I think the connotation of this culture is extremely rich and it runs through and affects all aspects of the work of the science fund. However, its most fundamental and essential connotation is to respect the laws of scientific research and strive to create a good research environment and protect scientists. Spirit, encourage scientific innovation. In my review of the funding support from the Science Foundation, I got some initial insights on the science fund culture.
