大学是科学数据的主要产生和利用机构,其对科学数据管理的有效性日益重要,而我国高校在这一方面缺乏成熟的实践指导。通过对牛津大学的科学数据管理实践的案例研究,从实践背景、规划、职责分工等方面剖析牛津大学的科学数据管理发展历程,发现该项目的宝贵经验,包括目标需求定位准确、数据生命周期管理、全面整合资源服务、完善专业培训体系、数据管理服务评价等,以期对我国高校科学数据管理的研究与实践提供有益的启示。 Universities are the main institutions for the production and use of scientific data. Their effectiveness in the management of scientific data is increasingly important. However, there is a lack of mature practical guidance on the part of universities in our country. Through the case study of Oxford University’s scientific data management practice, this paper analyzes the history of Oxford’s development of scientific data management from the aspects of practice background, planning and division of responsibilities, and finds the valuable experience of the project including accurate target demand positioning, data lifecycle management , Comprehensively integrate resources and services, improve professional training system, and evaluate data management services, so as to provide useful enlightenment for the research and practice of scientific data management in Chinese universities.
