目的 研究超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对浓缩铀诱导PC12细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法 在PC12细胞中加入浓缩铀DMEM/F12工作液 ,计算PC12细胞的内照射吸收剂量。结果 SOD可抑制浓缩铀诱发细胞活性迅速下降及DNA链断裂 ,同时提高细胞内游离精脒含量。结论 研究表明外源性SOD在清除自由基、抑制凋亡、保护细胞抗浓缩铀诱发损伤中有着重要作用
Objective To investigate the protective effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on the apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by uranium enrichment. Methods Uranium enriched uranium DMEM / F12 working solution was added into PC12 cells to calculate the internal radiation absorbed dose of PC12 cells. Results SOD could inhibit the rapid decline of cell activity induced by uranium enrichment and DNA strand breaks and increase the intracellular free spermine concentration. Conclusions Studies have shown that exogenous SOD plays an important role in clearance of free radicals, inhibition of apoptosis and protection of cells against uranium-induced damage
