很多人对此还是存在相当糊涂的认识,原因则各异:有的人是出于私利,有的人是出于偏见,还有更多的人是出于无知最近我一直在想一个问题,中国汽车产业管理部门和各大汽车公司决策者们的水平究竟如何?你或许觉得这么提问题口气很大,但是,我不怕你反感,反倒希望你因此产生动力把文章看完,然后转回来同我辩论,如果我们在辩论中能够达成某种共识或者至少对一些问题不想当然,那么至少我自己就相当开心。总体上,我认为中国汽车产业管理部门的水平是不高的。虽然这么说会冤枉一些有识之士,但是鉴于中国汽车产业管理机构分散,九龙治水,政出多门,这样的判断大体是不会错的。

You may feel that you are very angry with this question, but I am not afraid of you, but I hope you get motivated to read it and turn it back. I am debating that if I can come to some sort of consensus in the debate or at least do not take for granted some of the issues, then at least I myself will be very happy. Overall, I think China’s auto industry management level is not high. Although it is said that some people of insight will be wronged, judging by the decentralization of China’s automobile industry administration and the multi-pronged administration of water in Kowloon, such judgments are generally not wrong.
