基于职业能力需求分析的ESP课程设计采用“以项目为主线、教师为主导、学生为主体”的教学模式,即教师以行业一线岗位的典型工作过程组织教学;以真实的工作环节来有序化教学程序;以仿真的实训室模拟工作环境;以真实的企业实习体验教学;以行业的反馈信息反思教学。学生在教师的指导下自主习得行业英语职业技能。此教学模式,实现了课堂学习与校内实训相结合、校内实训与校外实习相结合,在内化行业英语交际能力的同时,提高学生的服务意识和职业素养。
ESP curriculum design based on occupational ability needs analysis adopts the teaching mode of “taking the project as the main line, the teacher as the leading and the student as the main body”, that is, the teacher organizes teaching in the typical working process of the frontline position of the industry; in the real work link Sequence teaching program; simulate the training room simulation work environment; real business experience teaching practice; industry feedback to reflect on teaching. Under the guidance of teachers, students can acquire vocational English skills independently. This teaching mode realizes the combination of classroom learning and school practical training. The combination of school practical training and off-campus practical training can improve the students’ service awareness and professional accomplishment while internalizing the communicative competence in the industry.
