目的研究恒温湿化系统对降低气管切开非机械通气儿科患者下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染的效果。方法通过病例对照和临床观察方法,对恒温湿化法(实验组)和间歇湿化法(对照组)气管切开患儿下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染率进行比较研究。结果实验组痰液Ⅰ度、Ⅲ度及痰痂形成例数、吸痰次数明显少于对照组。下呼吸道多重耐药菌感染比例明显低于对照组。结论使用恒温湿化系统可有效降低气管切开非机械通气患儿下呼吸道感染,提高了患儿舒适度。
Objective To investigate the effect of isothermal humidification system on reducing multi-drug resistant bacterial infection of lower respiratory tract in tracheotomy non-mechanical ventilation pediatric patients. Methods The case-control and clinical observation methods were used to compare the infection rates of multi-drug resistant bacteria in lower respiratory tract in children with tracheostomy of constant temperature humidification (experimental group) and intermittent wetting method (control group). Results The degree of sputum Ⅰ degree, Ⅲ degree and sputum scab formation and sputum suction number in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group. Lower respiratory tract infection rate of multiple drug-resistant bacteria was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions The use of constant temperature humidification system can effectively reduce the lower respiratory tract infection in children with tracheal non-mechanical ventilation and improve the comfort of children.
