人物名片周璧华,女,1940年9月出生,解放军理工大学首席教授、工程兵工程学院全军电磁脉冲防护研究测试中心教授、博士生导师,专业技术3级,中国通信学会电磁兼容委员会副主任委员、中国气象学会雷电防护委员会常委。长期从事电磁脉冲及其工程防护研究、先后主持完成18项重要课题的研究,获11项国家、军队科技进步奖,出版专著3部,发表论文近百篇,其中50余篇被国际三大检索收录。两次延长服役年限,多次被评为优秀教员、优秀党员和先进科研工作者,获军队院校育才奖金奖和总参谋部“人梯奖”,荣立二等功1次、三等功3次,1993年起享受政府特殊津贴。
