通过对ＨＰｂ５９－１黄铜活门体失效的金相分析及应力腐蚀试验，得出开裂失效的主要原因是由应力腐蚀造成的，并找出预防措施．
Through the failure of metallurgical analysis and stress corrosion test of HPb59-1 brass valve, it is concluded that the main reason of cracking failure is caused by stress corrosion and the precautionary measures are found out.
