如伺振兴实体经济?十一届全国人大代表、波司登董事长高德康在谈到这一问题时清晰地表达了他的观点.rn“必须依靠企业自主的科技创新驱动实体经济的振兴,这样才能让中国的经济在本轮的国际经济低迷期实现率先复苏”.“企业只有依靠自主创新,不断打造核心竞争力,才能获得真正的长远发展.”高德康代表说,许多企业将“转型升级”理解为“转行升级”,盲目追求暴利,这在一定程度上抑制了企业在产业创新上的投入和高新技术产业的发展.
