本课题进行了粉煤灰等量替代硅酸盐水泥配制粉煤灰混凝土,并研究了养护方式对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土强度的影响,为大掺量高强粉煤灰混凝土的配制提供了实验依据。实验结果表明,采用蒸养—蒸压二次养护工艺,可大大减少水泥用量,降低生产成本,获得良好的经济效益与社会效益。
In this project, fly ash was used instead of Portland cement to prepare fly ash concrete, and the influence of curing methods on the strength of high-volume fly ash concrete was studied. It was provided for the preparation of high-volume high-strength fly ash concrete. Experimental basis. The experimental results show that the use of steam curing - autoclave secondary curing process can greatly reduce the amount of cement, reduce production costs, access to good economic and social benefits.
