胡锦涛总书记在全国人才工作会议上指出,“人才资源是第一资源,人才问题是关系党和国家事业发展的关键问题,人才工作在党和国家工作全局中具有十分重要的地位”。对于一个企业来讲,人才问题同样具有至关重要的意义。实践证明,通过加强高素质管理人才队伍、高水平科技人才队伍、高技能操作人才队伍建设,为优秀人才脱颖而出提供施展才能、干事创业的舞台,是实施人才强企战略的有效途径。
