我院自1985年以来将自制的双囊导尿管用于经膀胱前列腺摘除术58例,取得了较好的效果,现报告如下。一、材料与方法(一)类型自制双囊导尿管分哑铃形和葫芦形两种。(二)制作方法1.哑铃形双囊导尿管的制作:将上海产的F_(18)Foley 导尿管(下称尿管)去掉原有气囊,纵行扩大原充气孔,并在其下方再造一充气孔;然后自尖端依次套入3层避孕套,于尿管尖端第二侧孔下方用4号丝线缠绕扎紧,用橡胶手套条作驱气带,
