目的 探讨护校女生抑郁与生活事件、应对方式、人格特征间的相互关系及其对抑郁的预测性 ,为改善其心理素质提供依据。方法 采用Zung’s抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ,青少年生活事件量表 ,应对方式问卷及修订的艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ) ,对广州市某护校 16~ 2 0岁 42 2名女生进行测查。结果 抑郁检出率 2 3 .46% ,一、三年级女生SDS分及抑郁检出率显著高于二年级 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;消极应对分、生活事件应激值、N量表分均与SDS显著正相关 (r =0 .3 69,0 .3 78,0 .40 7,P <0 .0 1) ,积极应对分、E量表分与SDS显著负相关 (r =-0 .3 2 4,-0 .3 3 7,P <0 .0 5 ) ;各因子间也存在一些显著性相关 ;多元回归分析提示 :N量表分 ,生活事件及消极应对分对抑郁发生有显著预测作用。结论 一、三年级女生是抑郁发生的高危人群 ;生活事件、应对方式人格特征对护校女生抑郁的发生既有直接的影响 ,又存在交互作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between depression and life events, coping styles and personality characteristics of college girl students and their predictive value for depression, so as to provide basis for improving their psychological quality. Methods SDS, ADQ, Coping Style Questionnaire and Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used to measure 422 girls aged from 16 to 20 in a nursing school in Guangzhou check. Results The detection rate of depression was 23.46%. The detection rate of SDS scores and depression in grade one and grade three girls were significantly higher than those in grade two (P <0.05). The scores of negative coping and life events stress, (R = 0.339,0.378,0.407, P <0.01), positive response score and E score were negatively correlated with SDS (r = - 0 .3 2 4, -0.33 7, P <0. 05). There were also some significant correlations among the factors. Multivariate regression analysis indicated that N-scores, life events and negative coping points were associated with depression There is a significant predictive effect. Conclusions The first and third grade girls are the high risk groups of depression. The life style and coping style personality have direct influence on the occurrence of depression in nursing school girls, and there is interaction.
