从目前的形势出发，阐明了对未来工程师的总体要求，叙述了德国高等教育系统的现状。并从未来工程师的任务之中引出“新的”教学内容。教会这一内容需要其他的教学法原则。
Starting from the current situation, the general requirements for future engineers are clarified and the current situation of German higher education system is described. And draws the “new” teaching content from the tasks of future engineers. The content of the church requires other principles of pedagogy.
