T611镗床主轴箱回转盘因没有径向走刀机构,给加工箱体孔有沟槽的零件带来很大困难。因此我们设计了此径向走刀盘,在不影响T611镗床性能的基础上解决了加工中的问题,结构简单,使用方便。结构及原理如下: 径向走刀盘安装在T611镗床主轴箱回转盘上,以止口定位,用T型螺栓紧固,镗床镗杆莫氏锥孔安装中心齿条。镗床镗杆的纵向运动由中心齿条传递给齿轮轴,由齿轮轴传递给带有齿条的活动座。活动座与固定座的连接处分别加工成燕尾和燕尾槽。为了消除制造中产生的啮合间隙,中心齿条与活动座的齿条均做成可调齿条。通过上述结构可将镗床镗杆的纵向运动变成径向运动。径向走刀盘刀杆座可根据不同尺寸要求安装不同刀杆,因此在T611镗床上加工带有沟槽的箱体零件时,可通过一次装夹完成,扩大了T611镗床的使用范围。

Through the above structure, the longitudinal movement of the boring bar can become radial. Radial cutter bar holder can be installed according to different size requirements of different arbor, so T611 boring machine with grooves on the box parts, can be completed by a folder, expanding the use of T611 boring machine.
