2014年10月,蒋岭老师加入区进修学校组建、实施的新入职教师“1+X”(“1”是指一个导师,“X”是指在一名导师下的同学科的多名新入职教师)导师团队,至今已经连续有两个属于自己的研修团队。为了让学员们的专业发展成为可能,按照综合性、应用性、导向性的原则,拓展形成了“1+1+X”模式(第一个“1”是导师,第二个“1”是导师邀请的专业发展较高的另外一位“导师”)。2016年,蒋岭老师又利用QQ群展开了一月一次的导师答疑解惑、微型讲座研修新模式。蒋岭老师积极探索儿童文学与小学语文教学的关联,辅导学生发表文章近500篇。2012年班级
