中国食用菌协会是国家一级协会,成立于1987年11月。是由食用菌(含药用菌)行业生产、加工、流通、科研、教学等领域的企业、事业单位及个人联合组成的跨地区、跨部门、跨所有制的全国性社团组织。中国食用菌协会的宗旨是全心全意为会员及行业服务,维护会员的合法权益,推动我国食用菌行业的全面发展。中国食用菌协会的最高权力机构是会员(或会员代表)大会,闭会期间,会员代表大会确定的任务由常设办事机构秘书处承担。中国食用菌协会下设药用真菌委员会和专家委员会等分支机构,拥有1000名会员,已出版的
China Edible Fungus Association is a national association, was established in November 1987. It is a cross-regional, cross-sectoral and cross-ownership national association composed of enterprises, institutions and individuals in the production, processing, distribution, scientific research, teaching and other fields of edible fungi (including medicinal mushrooms). China Edible Fungus Association’s aim is to serve the members and the industry wholeheartedly, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members to promote the full development of China’s mushroom industry. The highest authority of China Edible Fungus Association is a member (or member representative) assembly. During the intersessional period, the tasks set by the member representative assembly are undertaken by the secretariat of the permanent establishment.
