新闻法是通过对大众媒体的权利与义务、利益与责任的调节,来规范新闻、政治和大众三者之间的关系。本文立足于我国新闻事业的发展和法治建设的需要,在研究国外新闻记者法和我国实践的基础上,分析影响我国新闻立法的因素,并对我国制定新闻法提出几点建议。
The press law regulates the relations among the press, politics and the general public through the regulation of the rights and obligations of the mass media, interests and responsibilities. Based on the development of journalism in our country and the need of constructing the rule of law, based on the study of the law of journalists abroad and the practice of our country, this article analyzes the factors that influence the legislation of our country’s news and puts forward some suggestions on the formulation of the law of press in our country.
