近几年,北京交通投资带动楼市快速发展的局面屡屡得以证实,京通快速路使通州成为CBD“后花园”,城铁13号线带动上地、回龙观等区域楼盘热销;同样,交通瓶颈也抑制了望京、亚运村等地区房价的上涨空间,交通对楼市的影响是不言而喻。北京未来“两轴——两带——多中心”的城市空间新格局将对地产市场产生深远影响,应引起政府有关部门的密切关注。
