病例患儿男,9个月。因腹部肿块5月余,近5天来咳嗽、喘,于1986年11月8日入院,该患系第一胎,第一产,足月顺产。母乳喂养。经常腹泻,逐渐消瘦,腹部膨满,生后6个月后发现比同龄儿生长发育差,不活泼,少笑,反应迟钝。经常感冒、咳嗽,但不发烧,食欲尚好。因近5天咳嗽加重,咳声无力,喉间有痰鸣,哭声低微,面色发灰入院。患儿父母素健,非近亲结婚。其外祖母共生13胎,其中有4胎于6个月以内死于“抽疯”。父亲家族无特殊记载。入院查体:一般状态欠佳,生长发育落
