本文就硅、锰、磷和奥氏体温度对2(1/2)Cr-1Mo 钢回火脆性的影响作了研究。众所周知,这种钢在压力容器用 Cr-Mo 钢中有较高的脆化敏感性.根据这一研究,可以看到以下趋向:(1)减少硅、锰或磷的含量,脆化敏感性就降低;但是减少硅或锰的含量,强度也降低.(2)虽然增加奥氏体化温度助长了脆化敏感性,但是这种方法增加了强度。可以得出结论:在低的硅、锰和磷含量的条件下,尽量降低磷含量或从较高的奥氏体化温度淬火,可以得到强度高而回火脆性敏感性低的 Cr-Mo 钢。
The effect of silicon, manganese, phosphorus and austenite temperature on temper embrittlement of 2 (1/2) Cr-1Mo steel was studied in this paper. It is well-known that this steel has high embrittlement susceptibility in Cr-Mo steels for pressure vessels and based on this study, the following trends can be seen: (1) reduction of silicon, manganese or phosphorus content, embrittlement susceptibility But decreases in strength, but decreases the strength of silicon or manganese. (2) Although increasing the austenitizing temperature promotes embrittlement susceptibility, this method increases the strength. It can be concluded that Cr-Mo steels with high strength and low temper embrittlement susceptibility can be obtained by reducing the phosphorus content or quenching from the higher austenitizing temperature at low Si, Mn and P contents .
