在浅圆仓中应用谷物冷却机进行了保水冷却通风低温储粮试验,结果表明:粮温基本降到了15℃左右,达到了低温储粮的要求;明显减少了粮层温差,粮层温差缩小到≤1℃/m;较好地保持和平衡了储粮水分,各仓平均水分变幅为-0.3%~0.0%,达到保水冷通的目的,提高了储粮的安全稳定性,能确保储粮安全度夏,储粮各项品质指标均控制在宜存范围,基本上保持了储粮原有的品质,延缓粮食陈化速度,并为防虫、防霉创造了有利条件,是值得完善推广的低温储粮新技术。
