目的观察和比较两种氟制剂预防正畸牙釉质脱矿的临床效果。方法选择采用固定矫治的正畸患者180例,随机分为3组,第1组:不经任何处理常规进行固定矫治;第2组:使用氟保护漆处理;第3组:使用氟泡沫处理。观察并记录治疗前后3组患者牙釉质脱矿程度。结果第2、3组之间牙釉质脱矿程度无显著性差异(P>0.05),第1组与23、组均存在显著性差异,第2、3组之间牙釉质脱矿程度显著少于第1组(P<0.05)。结论两种氟制剂在正畸治疗中都能够有效的抑制牙釉质脱矿,两者之间抑制牙釉质脱矿的效果没有统计学意义。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of two fluoride preparations in preventing orthodontic tooth enamel demineralization. Methods One hundred and eighty orthodontic patients with fixed orthodontics were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1: fixed orthodontics without any treatment; Group 2: treated with fluorinated lacquer; Group 3: treated with fluoride foam. Observe and record the degree of enamel demineralization in 3 groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in demineralization of enamel between groups 2 and 3 (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between group 1 and group 23 and between groups 2 and 3, the degree of enamel demineralization was significantly lower In group 1 (P <0.05). Conclusion Both fluoride preparations can effectively inhibit the demineralization of enamel during orthodontic treatment, and the effect of inhibiting enamel demineralization between the two preparations is not statistically significant.
