在特定的时代背景下,人类社会的进步和科学技术的发展向教育提出了更高的要求,传统的教育观念、教学模式存在众多弊端,极大地降低了课堂教学效率。大多数学生不会自主探究、分析思考问题,不利于培养未来社会所需要的自由而全面发展的个人,这种现状推动着教育领域发生一场重大的变革,以适应未来社会的发展潮流。新课程改革的提出为教育教学指引了新方向,为教学观念、教学方法和策略的转变提供了新视角,以此来改进当前的教学模式,为学科教学效果最优化的实现提供可能性。本文针对初中数学教学中有效课堂的构建问题展开了讨论,笔者根据对教学实践经验的总结和反思,提出了一些建议,希望能在一定程度上改进初中数学教学。
In a specific era, the progress of human society and the development of science and technology have set higher demands on education. The traditional education concept and teaching model have many drawbacks, greatly reducing the efficiency of classroom teaching. Most students do not explore, analyze and think on their own, which is not conducive to cultivating the free and all-round development of individuals needed by the future society. Such a situation encourages a major change in education so as to adapt to the development trend of the future society. The reform of the new curriculum guides new direction for education and teaching, provides a new perspective for the transformation of teaching concepts, teaching methods and strategies, in order to improve the current teaching mode and provide the possibility for the realization of optimal teaching effectiveness. This article discusses the construction of effective classroom in junior high school mathematics teaching. Based on the summary and reflection on teaching practice experience, the author puts forward some suggestions, hoping to improve junior high school mathematics teaching to a certain extent.
