实验报告了日本应用~(99m)Tc-MAG_3肾显像的第二阶段研究结果。所用的MAG_3(巯乙酰三甘氮酸)是粉末,用2ml~(99m)Tc发生器洗脱液溶解,再用生理盐水稀释到所需浓度。检查前30分钟受检者饮水250ml,共检查16例病人。静脉注射剂量分别用100,200,300,400MBq,每种剂量至少检查4例。在肘部大静脉注射药品后,再推注生理盐水20ml,立即开始显像,第1分钟每秒一帧,以后每10秒一帧,共20分钟。闪烁显像结束后,在注射MAG_3后44分钟对,从对侧另一静脉抽血3ml,测血浆中~(99m)Tc-MAG_3量。然后再
