对中糯1号进行不同施钾方式的试验结果表明,钾肥的不同施用方法对糯玉米子粒各种营养组分的变化动态产生不同影响。以种肥、拔节肥和抽雄肥(4∶3∶3)方式施肥,可同时提高谷蛋白、醇溶蛋白、清蛋白和淀粉含量;以种肥、拔节肥(1∶1)和抽雄期不追肥方式提高了糯玉米子粒蔗糖和可溶性糖含量;钾肥一次性作基肥施入,可提高子粒淀粉含量,但谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白含量降低。在等量施钾条件下,钾肥分期施用可以改善糯玉米的营养品质。
The results of different K application methods on Zhongnuo 1 showed that different application methods of K fertilizer had different effects on the dynamic changes of various nutritional components of waxy corn. Fertilizing with different kinds of fertilizers, jointing fertilizers and male-adapted fertilizers (4: 3: 3) increased glutenin, gliadin, albumin and starch contents at the same time. Dressing mode increased the content of sucrose and soluble sugar in waxy maize cotyledons. Potash fertilizer applied as a single fertilizer at a time could increase the starch content of grain, but the content of glutenin and gliadin decreased. Under the same amount of potassium application, the potash application of potash can improve the nutritional quality of waxy corn.
