抗分泌药问世前,胃部分切除术是治疗消化性溃疡常用的一种外科措施。此研究通过回顾性病例对照研究,检查了某研究所20年(1957.1～1976.12)间因溃疡病作胃部分切除的569例患者,分析手术后发生残胃癌的危险性。
Prior to the advent of antisecretory drugs, partial gastrectomy was a commonly used surgical procedure to treat peptic ulcers. In this study, a retrospective case-control study was performed to examine 569 patients who had undergone partial gastric resection for ulcer disease during a 20-year period (1957.1-1976.12) of a certain institution. The risk of gastric cancer after surgery was analyzed.
