目的探究以饮食控制主及在饮食控制基础上加胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床疗效[1]。方法选取2015年2月至2016年3月于我院就诊的妊娠糖尿病患者共92例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组46例,对照组46例,对照组予以单纯控制饮食进行治疗;观察组采用控制饮食为主的基础上加胰岛素[2],之后观察两组患者空腹血糖和早餐后2h血糖的变化值,并观察两组患者之间母儿是否出现了并发症。结果两组患者在饮食控制后均有所改善,且观察组的妊娠糖尿病患者在以饮食控制为主的基础上加胰岛素,血糖明显下降,且母儿并发症相比于对照组明显降低,两组患者治疗效果具有可比性,P<0.05。结论临床上在治疗妊娠糖尿病时,以饮食控制为主,并在饮食的基础上加胰岛素治疗[3],能够有效控制并且降低了母儿并发症的发生率,提高了患者的治疗满意度,在临床上值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the main diet control and diet control based on the addition of insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes clinical efficacy [1]. Methods A total of 92 gestational diabetes patients were selected from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in observation group and 46 cases in control group. The control group was controlled simply Diet was treated; the observation group was dominated by diet plus insulin [2], then observed the fasting blood glucose in patients with two groups and 2h after breakfast, blood glucose changes, and observe the two groups of patients whether there was complications between mother and child . Results Both groups were improved after diet control. In the observation group, gestational diabetes mellitus patients were given insulin on the basis of diet control, the blood glucose was significantly decreased, and the complications of mother and child were significantly lower than those of the control group. Two Group of patients with comparable treatment effect, P <0.05. Conclusions Clinically, in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus, diet control is the mainstay and insulin therapy is added on the basis of diet [3], which can effectively control and reduce the incidence of maternal and child complications and improve patient satisfaction with treatment. It is worth promoting clinically.
